Less bitter ; More Glitter ! 💫⭐

2017 flew by, not in a wink of a second but yes, it is rightly said, “Time does fly“.
Well honestly speaking, I had an average year full with bouts of hopes, achievements, failures and incomplete targets.
Having begun with my blog, “The Glitterati Affair” in 2017 adds on to another great and positive factor to the previous year. I’d also like to mention the fact that I got all the courage from my mother and my husband who really pushed me for this.

FRIENDS & FAMILY :

From making new friends to cutting off from some, all of it was a mixed jigsaw puzzle. Month by month, the picture of my year started getting more clearer. It did make me stronger, smarter and wiser though. I will always thank all the people who have been in my life as a blessing or a lesson.

I TRAVELLED FAR AND WIDE ✈️ 🌏

2017 gave me beautiful memories from 2 iconic places which I’m grateful to have visited.
The Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Bali (Indonesia) were mesmerising in their own ways.
I have been an island freak and I love beaches. But by the end of this year, my craze for beaches has somehow faded away.

MY CHALLENGES :

2017 taught me never to be ashamed of one’s body despite the numerous imperfections one may have. Nonetheless, I’m living my edited self. I have started accepting my flaws and imperfections with a great spirit. I want to celebrate every moment and treat my body with the love, respect and care that it deserves.

THERE IS ALWAYS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE GRATEFUL FOR….!!

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of our lives. Be thankful for slightest of things and see how you change your life. Cultivate and practice positivity. Thereby, rising from ashes and choosing happiness, gratitude and self – love is my motto for 2018.

I am grateful for all the lessons which closed many doors yet opened a whole new world for me.
